A sex coach is a sex therapist or a specifically trained professional who guides, educates and coaches a couple or an individual so he/she/they can fine-tune their sex lives. Sex coaches specifically embellish lust and passion and more advanced sexual techniques. They provide a more thorough knowledge of sexual hot spots (such as the clitoris and G-Spot in a woman) and they teach clients how to communicate and negotiate specific sexual interests, all of which contribute to orgasmic bliss.
Most sex therapists do not call themselves sex coaches, and those who only do sex coaching do not call themselves sex therapists. However, a few like Dr. Libby do both sex therapy and sex coaching.
