Dr. Libby is a Seattle and Pouslbo-based cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in sex therapy and marriage and relationship counseling. He treats single and married people, and he addresses the concerns of gay and lesbian clients as well as heterosexuals and bisexuals. His sessions are an hour long, and his work is totally confidential.
Some insurance companies cover Dr. Libby's services, but insurance companies do not always cover sex therapy or couples work. Most of Dr. Libby's work is short-term. He works as quickly as he can to solve a given problem. He provides a DSM code for insurance companies on his receipt. Dr. Libby is a KPS provider, and some insurance companies cover his services as an out-of-network provider.

Therapy by Telephone
In addition to in-office visits in Poulsbo and in Seattle, Dr. Libby does therapy by phone for those who do not live near a qualified sex and marital therapist. When there is a couple, he talks separately to each person first, followed by a joint session where both clients are on the phone at the same time.
